"We bought an Horizon T202 treadmill in 2022. Due to my husbands illness we didn’t unwrap till April this year for him to use and recover. Much to our dismay it didn’t work but fitness warehouse were absolutely amazing. So understanding of our problem they arranged for the treadmill surgeon Brendan Barber to have a look at it for us. He was amazing had it fixed and running and explained the maintenance of it. at no charge. We would definitely recommend fitness warehouse and Brandon to everyone. Very satisfied customers."
