You may return any item for a credit or exchange for any reason if it is in “resalable” condition within 14 days. (This policy does not apply to custom made items or 2nd hand equipment.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty.
Fitness Warehouses’ goal is to continually update and improve our products. Because of this process, some product images, logos, and labels on the website are subject to vary from time to time.
To return a product simply contact us via the email address below, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. We will send you a Return/Exchange form, give you a return authorization number and an address to return the product to. The completed Return/Exchange form must accompany all returns.
Credits will not be offered for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. Credits will not be offered for merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. Credits are not offered for return shipping charges.
