Fitness Warehouse generally ships via Australia Post or Courier. Please be aware, that large equipment orders will be shipped by Courier. Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days and take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time depends on where you are located and the level of service you select. Typically we are able to meet all expected needs for a rush order. Fitness Warehouse is not currently providing International Shipping.
Fitness Warehouse is able to ship items to P.O. Boxes, but only small items through Australia Post. Bulky and heavy items will be delivered by Couriers and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Your immediate confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process, once your purchase is complete. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped. Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder.
All online orders are delivery or instore pick-up only. If you require assembly of your equipment we also offer delivery and installation via a professional tech team. All Fitness Warehouse online orders are shipped by Australia Post or by Courier with “authority to leave” instructions for the delivery driver. Any redeliveries required should a calling card be left, will need to be arranged by the customer at the customer’s expense. If alternative delivery arrangements need to be made please include this in the comments section when placing your order.
